Plumbline names one product owner (we've assumed you, Nadia) who can join a 30-minute check-in twice a week and a sprint review every other Thursday.
We build natively: Swift for iPhone and iPad on iOS 17 and later, and Kotlin for Android 11 and later if Android is chosen.
Two-week sprints, with a TestFlight build at the end of every sprint.
Your current residential and commercial checklists are the starting point for inspection templates.
Hosting runs in Plumbline's own cloud account. We set it up and hand it over.
For each role, likely sits about 40% of the way from low to high, because work runs over more often than under.
Nothing goes above the high figure without a change request you've signed.
Plan dates count working weeks from the first Monday of the start month. If the work runs over the holidays, we'll agree any break at kickoff.

Not included6

App Store and Google Play developer fees, hosting bills and third-party services such as map tiles or email delivery.
A marketing website, and App Store screenshots or copy beyond a first set.
Moving past inspections over from spreadsheets or other tools. One import of your templates is included.
An independent penetration test. We can introduce you to two firms we trust.
Legal review of report wording and disclaimers.
Support after the 30-day warranty, which we'd quote separately as a monthly retainer.
