What this model assumes

  • It starts from customers on 30 September 2026 and ignores growth between now and January, for both lines.
  • New prices apply to every customer from 1 January 2027, after 60 days' notice in November.
  • Monthly churn and new customers per plan are the average of April to September 2026.
  • Extra churn is added to every month of 2027, for monthly customers on plans whose price rises. Price-rise churn usually bunches in the first few months, so this reads cautiously.
  • The conversion change applies to new customers on plans whose price changes, up or down.
  • Annual customers pay 15% less, counted monthly, and can't churn within 2027.
  • A rise of the same percentage on every plan rounds each price to the nearest dollar, so +10% means $21, $54 and $142, which lifts MRR by about 10.3%.
  • Nobody switches plan. If Solo gets cheaper, some Studio customers may move down; that risk isn't in these numbers.
  • Revenue here is MRR summed over the year, not cash. Annual billing brings cash forward.
