Remote MCP endpoint: https://mcp.artifact.guru/mcp. Transport: Streamable HTTP. Authentication: OAuth with sign-in and workspace selection. An Artifact Guru account is required.

Claude Code setup: claude mcp add --transport http --scope user artifact-guru https://mcp.artifact.guru/mcp, then /mcp inside Claude Code to sign in.

Codex CLI setup: codex mcp add artifact-guru --url https://mcp.artifact.guru/mcp. Codex opens the sign-in page right away; if it doesn't, run codex mcp login artifact-guru. Directory publication is subject to OpenAI review; this page does not indicate an approved listing.

Grok Bot setup: ask the Bot to add a custom MCP server (Remote HTTPS) named artifact-guru with this endpoint, and choose Authorize on the connect card. ChatGPT setup: in a Business, Enterprise or Edu workspace, turn on developer mode and create an app with this endpoint; OpenAI lists write actions, which publishing needs, for those plans only. What your agent can do

Publish a new private artifact, search file contents and metadata, read stored text, edit text with a version check, replace binary files, organize projects and tags, change sharing, restore a previous version and delete artifacts or older versions. Edits and replacements preserve the artifact link.

Sharing and deletion should follow your explicit intent. The agent can access the workspace you authorize, so connect only a client you trust.

Supported files

Upload and preview: common images, PDF, Word (.docx), PowerPoint (.pptx), Excel (.xlsx), Markdown, Mermaid, Excalidraw, HTML, React components and supported ZIP-packaged sites. Browser preview fidelity varies; the original file remains available for download.

Text source can be read and edited for Markdown, diagrams, HTML, React and text files within supported sites. PDF, Office documents and binary images are replaced by uploading a new version; they are not edited as text by the MCP tools.

The remote server cannot read local filesystem paths. Binary upload requires a client capable of transferring file bytes. Server-side app execution is not provided by this integration.
