Use the email below for product support, privacy requests, account deletion, connection revocation or abuse reports. Include the affected artifact link or identifier, the time of the issue and the steps that caused it. Never send passwords, OAuth tokens, upload URLs or secret access codes.

Connect your agent

Use https://mcp.artifact.guru/mcp as the remote MCP URL. Sign in through the authorization flow and select the intended workspace. A normal browser visit to the MCP endpoint returns an authentication challenge; it is not a website.

For Codex CLI: run codex mcp add artifact-guru --url https://mcp.artifact.guru/mcp; it opens the sign-in page right away, or run codex mcp login artifact-guru if it doesn't. If you also install a plugin, remove or disable the duplicate direct connection to avoid duplicate tools.

For Claude Code: run claude mcp add --transport http --scope user artifact-guru https://mcp.artifact.guru/mcp, then type /mcp in Claude Code to sign in. Without --scope user, Claude Code only sees the server in the folder where you added it.

File and preview problems

For binary files, reserve an upload, transfer the file, then publish it. Upload URLs expire after one hour; request a new one if needed. Maximum upload size is 100 MiB per file. Inline Markdown and diagrams are limited to 2 MiB, and inline HTML or React source to 5 MiB.

For a multi-file site, use a ZIP with relative asset paths and an index.html or supported React entry. Browser preview support depends on the format; download the original file if the preview does not show the expected result.

Access and deletion

Check that the agent is connected to the correct workspace. Private artifacts require workspace access; invited artifacts require the invited account; code-protected artifacts require the current code.

Changing access does not recall downloads or immediately invalidate previously issued file and preview URLs. Delete older versions only when you no longer need rollback. To request account-level deletion or server-side connection revocation, contact support.

Security reports

Send a private report to the contact below with the affected URL, impact and minimal reproduction steps. Use your own test data and avoid accessing other users’ information. Do not send credentials or sensitive files in the initial report.
