Terms of service
The terms for using Artifact Guru and its connected-agent tools.
Updated 5 October 2026
Using the service
These terms apply to Artifact Guru’s website, file hosting, previews and MCP integration. By using the service you agree to these terms. You must be an adult capable of entering an agreement, and have authority to act for an organization if you use an organizational workspace.
Your account and connected agents
Keep your account secure and only connect clients you trust. You are responsible for actions you authorize through your account, workspace and connected agents. Check the selected workspace before granting a connection. AI-generated content and edits can be inaccurate; review outputs before relying on or sharing them.
Your content
You retain your rights in the content you provide. You give the service permission to store, copy, transform, index, render and transmit that content as needed to provide the features and sharing choices you request. You must have the necessary rights and permissions to upload and share it.
Keep a separate backup. Version history and rollback are convenience features, not a backup commitment. Deleting artifacts or older versions can be permanent.
Sharing and access
New artifacts are private to their workspace until sharing is changed. Public links and links with access codes can be forwarded. Invited recipients and workspace members may download or copy content. Previously issued file and preview links may work until expiry after access changes; copies already obtained cannot be recalled.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful content, malware, phishing, fraud, harassment, infringement of others’ rights, unauthorized access or attempts to defeat access controls. Do not upload secrets or personal information you are not entitled to process. Do not interfere with the service or evade storage, rate or access limits.
We may restrict content or suspend access when reasonably needed to investigate abuse, comply with law or protect users and infrastructure. Contact support if you believe a restriction is mistaken.
Availability, limits and third parties
Features, supported formats and limits can change. Some files may not preview or edit correctly in a browser. The service does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent storage or compatibility with every AI client. Third-party clients, authentication providers, libraries and external content have their own terms.
Any paid service must disclose its price and applicable billing terms before purchase. These terms do not create a subscription or a particular paid storage entitlement.
Responsibility and mandatory rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without a promise that it will be error-free or suitable for every purpose. You remain responsible for reviewing content, choosing recipients and maintaining backups. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Ending use and changes
You can stop using the service, disconnect clients and delete content. Contact support for account closure or assistance. Content downloaded by others and records required for legitimate operational or legal purposes may remain as explained in the privacy policy.
We may update these terms and will show the revised date. Material changes will be communicated through the service where appropriate. Contact the operator below about these terms or a dispute.
