Qwilr alternative · Interactive proposal and quote pages
Your AI already wrote the proposal. Why rebuild it in Qwilr?
Qwilr turns proposals into interactive web pages with quotes, e-sign, payments and block-by-block analytics. artifact.guru publishes the proposal your AI already made, as HTML, PDF or a deck, at a private link you control.

Pick Qwilr if
- Buyers should adjust the quote, accept, e-sign and pay inside the proposal.
- You want to see which sections buyers read and get alerts when a deal stalls.
- Proposals should build from HubSpot, Pipedrive or Salesforce deals and your templates.
Pick artifact.guru if
- Your AI already wrote it as an HTML page, PDF or deck and it should go out as it is.
- Each client gets a private link you update without resending, with rollback.
- You don’t need e-sign or payments and want $12 a month, not $35 per user.

Where Qwilr is good
- Buyers can adjust interactive quotes, accept with a legally binding e-signature and pay inside the same page.
- Analytics go down to each block: what buyers read and click, with alerts when a page is viewed, accepted or stalls.
- It connects to HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho and Salesforce, and its new MCP lets Claude or ChatGPT create proposals from your templates.
Where artifact.guru is different
- Your agent publishes the proposal it wrote, as an HTML page, React component, PDF, Word file or PowerPoint, over MCP from Claude, Codex, Gemini CLI or Grok. Nothing to rebuild.
- New links start private. Invite up to 50 client emails; each person signs in with that address, and you see who opened it, when, how often, and who hasn’t.
- Every edit, in the browser or by your agent, is a new version at the same link, and you can roll back any time.
- Individual is $12 a month with your own domain, and Team is $30 a month for 3 editors.
Moving over from Qwilr
- 1Export the Qwilr page as a PDF, or ask your AI to rebuild it as an HTML page.
- 2Publish it from your agent over MCP, or drag the file into artifact.guru.
- 3Keep e-sign and payments in a tool built for them; artifact.guru does neither.
